With a small team, we helped Capgemini Australia’s Financial Services (FS) business unit grow its share of media voice and boost relationships with key clients in 2017.

We achieved this by training and regularly briefing a carefully selected list of executives who could own different subject areas. As a result, we helped increase its media share of voice and establish its key executives as industry thought leaders. This was achieved through spokesperson profiling, by-line articles and targeted media relations as well as creating multiple forms of content using both global assets and local insights.
Key highlights in the 453 articles included 100% key message delivery, coverage in Tier-1 publications like The Australian and Australian Financial Review and articles featuring our key spokespeople. In addition, Capgemini’s share of media voice rose against competitors.

We are proud to say this led to Australia being named the leading market for FS media coverage in 2017 by the Capgemini global communications team.
