A.S. Watson Group (ASW) launched its first-ever global signature CSR programme “Give a Smile”, its retail brands all over the world joined hands together to help children with cleft lips and palates. Partnered with Operation Smile, ASW engaged with their employees, strategic partners and customers around the world contributing financial supports with aims to sponsor as many free surgical missions to make smile possible again to the children with cleft conditions.

To raise money for free surgeries provided by Operation Smile, as well as raise public awareness of cleft issues, a global campaign was tailored to different operating markets, across all online and offline channels. A.S. Watson Group has launched a series of creative and interactive campaigns on social media to create buzz and engage staff and customers.
