Kaz leads the agency’s strategy and planning function and new business operation – both were central to the agency’s record year. Kaz leads a team of three strategists, as well as a data analyst, and her role as CSO works to co-ordinate numerous people from across the agency to deliver outstanding client work. She also leads the agency’s new business process, co-ordinating all the pitches: ensuring the agency has the best resources, tools, people and plans for each and every pitch.
As a result of her leadership the agency’s win rate was 85% in 2018 (winning 168 competitive pitches, up from 64% in 2017), with Kaz coordinating an average of four responses per week. Kaz does all this with a smile and an easy, amicable attitude.
